Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday through Friday) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

    Delivery Issues

    Return of Undelivered Orders

    If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional fees may apply.
