Order Processing Times

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday through Friday) are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• The average order preparation time is 1 to 2 working days.

Order Tracking

• France (via Mondial Relay or Colissimo): Delivery to pickup points or home addresses.
• European Union and International (via Mondial Relay, Colissimo or Bpost): Delivery times and rates vary depending on the destination.

Delivery Issues

Return of Undelivered Orders

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional fees may apply.
